Eleni Molfeta is a Greek director and screenwriter working across commercials, narrative film, branded content and music videos. With a background in both filmmaking and acting, her directing approach combines strong visual storytelling with a particular focus on performance, authenticity and character.

​At the heart of her work is the search for the distinct voice and visual identity of each project. She approaches every story as a new space for exploration, experimenting with form, rhythm and cinematic language.

She studied Film Directing at the Hellenic Cinema and Television School L. Stavrakos and trained as an actor at the Athens Drama School G. Theodosiades, an experience that continues to shape the way she works with both actors and real people in front of the camera. Her graduation short film, Nekydallo (2018), received 13 international awards, and she has twice been selected for Sarajevo Talents (2018, 2022). Her projects have also participated in international development platforms including Script Station at the Sarajevo Film Festival, Torino Short Film Market (TSFM) and Go Short Campus in Nijmegen. ​In 2025, she received the New Director Award at the Ermis Awards for her first branded documentary, Small Islands, Big Dreams, created for Eurobank.

Eleni is currently directing commercials in Greece and Cyprus, while developing her next short film Oysters.​
